Inspire Together is Rosa’s new mentoring programme that pairs professionals from the corporate sector with women running grassroots groups and campaigns. We aim to nurture talent and equip leader in communities across the UK to help them increase the impact of their work. And in the process, help professionals gain insights into the challenges these groups face, and the success they’re achieving on the ground.
Rosa, already offers funding, training, networking and other opportunities for community based groups tackling the disadvantages that women face. All the groups we fund go through a rigorous and competitive assessment process.
Our surveys show that they top ask of mentors is for guidance on business planning, followed closely by help with influencing, communications, financial planning and management. Other needs include developing personal presence and project management skills.
Rosa provides mentors with advance briefings, on going support and opportunities to meet your mentee – as well as linking you up with them by Skype or FaceTime.
