Rosa, the first and still the only UK-wide Fund for Women and Girls, is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer (28 hours/week) to join our small dynamic team at an exciting time. We’re looking for a well-organised self-starter with some experience of running finance and administration systems, preferably gained from working with a charity. A strong commitment to gender equality and social justice is a must-have.
Rosa champions investment in women and girls, connects knowledge, expertise and resources, and raises funds to invest in change. We recently launched an innovative advocacy-based grants programme, Voices From the Frontline. And following Chancellor George Osborne’s announcement on the Tampon Tax Fund earlier this year, we’re developing the new £2.2M grants and support programme for grassroots women’s organisations.
You’ll fill a key role in our small dynamic team, working with all staff, volunteers, and especially with the Executive Director. As well as day-to-day office management, you’ll be assisting with new and existing projects, events, communications and fundraising activity. We offer flexible working and a 5% pension contribution, a varied and interesting work load and a chance to develop your skills across the charity’s areas of work.
