Rosa appoints Jo Shaw as Executive Director
Rosa, the UK wide fund for women and girls, has appointed Jo Shaw as her new Executive Director. Jo joined Rosa on 3rd September and takes on the role at an exciting time in Rosa’s life.
I am thrilled and delighted to be joining Rosa as Executive Director. In this age of financial austerity the need for a fund specifically aimed at raising money for and awareness of women’s and girls’ rights and equality is greater even that it was when Rosa was born. Since inception in 2008 Rosa has built an impressive reputation and been an important part of vital initiatives to benefit women and girls. I look forward to developing this great work and to leading the Rosa team into the next phase.
