Rosa is Hiring!

Rosa is seeking two great people to fill brand new key roles at an exciting time.

Rosa is the first and still the only UK-wide Fund for Women and Girls. We champion investment in women and girls, connect knowledge, expertise and resources, and raise funds to invest in change. Following Chancellor George Osborne’s announcement on the Tampon Tax Fund earlier this year, we’re developing the new £2.2M grants and support programme for grassroots women’s organisations.   We’re now looking for a Communications Manager (28 hours/week) and a Grants Manager (28 hours/week) to join our dynamic team.

The Communications Manager will develop and deliver a creative and effective communications strategy, maximising awareness among women’s organisations, other key stakeholders and the wider public of our grant programmes and their impact.  They will also have the opportunity to develop and run campaigns to influence opinion leaders based on data and lessons captured from the grants made.

The Grants Manager will lead the administration of the Tampon Tax grant programme, along with other existing and future grant programmes, including monitoring, reporting and bringing grant recipients together to share learning and experience.  The Grants Manager will also work with other team members in developing new initiatives, researching funding opportunities and building new relationships.

The people/person we’re looking for are resourceful team players, with expertise, creativity and initiative. A strong commitment to gender equality and social justice is a must-have. You’ll already have some good experience, and may now be looking for a more strategic role. In return, we can offer a flexible, supportive working environment, a 5% pension contribution, opportunities to develop your skills and ideas, and the chance to make a real, long term difference to women and girls in the UK.
