Are you a generous professional, who cares about women’s rights and gender equality, with skills to share and a desire to give back to the community? Can you offer one hour a month of your time over the next 6 months?
If so – Inspire Together is for you!
Inspire Together is Rosa’s dynamic mentoring programme that pairs professionals from the corporate and not for profit sector with women running grassroots groups and campaigns. You will work with a leader of the organisation on an individual basis. We aim to nurture talent and equip leaders in communities across the UK to help them increase the impact of their work. And in the process, help professionals gain insights into the challenges these groups face, and the success they’re achieving on the ground.
Rosa already offers funding, training, networking and other opportunities for community-based groups tackling the disadvantages that women face. All the groups we fund go through a rigorous and competitive assessment process.
Our surveys show that the top ask of mentors is for guidance on fundraising, followed closely by help with business, communications, financial planning and management. Other requests include use of social media and influencing change.
In addition to introducing you to your mentee, Rosa provides mentors with advance briefing and on-going support.
To become a mentor please complete the application form linked below.
